We ship directly to the address provided via AusPost or other shipping merchants. We pass on only information relevant to the transaction and no other personal or financial information will be shared. 
Once products have been sold and shipped, we request if there are any issues with your product to follow the consumer rights law in your local region and within Australia to find out about your rights.
